Residence 203 is on the higher ground floor, about 6 small steps up from the entrance, next to the guest lobby where our on-site team is based. Help is always close by. If you prefer more distance from the lobby, ask us about our upper-floor residences. The building has an elevator, 24/7 security and an on-site operations manager.

Registration
All guests must complete online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival and register a valid passport or national ID. Eligibility rules apply to mixed-gender stays and visitors; please read the house rules below.

To ensure guest safety and full compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities regulations:
- All guests must complete online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
- Valid passports or national IDs for all guests must be registered in accordance with Ministry of Tourism requirements.
- Failure to complete registration may result in denial of check-in.
- Mixed-gender stays are strictly prohibited unless the guests are legally married or first-degree relatives, with the required documentation available for verification.
Guest eligibility & documentation
- Shared accommodation is allowed only with all required official documentation.
- Mixed-gender stays involving Arab nationals are strictly prohibited unless the guests are legally married or first-degree relatives, with the required documentation available for verification.
- Official proof of marriage may be required where applicable.
- Unofficial documents, including Orfi contracts, are not accepted.
Visitors & unregistered guests
- Only registered and approved guests are permitted.
- Visitors require prior written approval from management. No mixed-gender visits unless first-degree family.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the reservation in case of violations.
House rules & charges
- No parties or events unless approved by management.
- Smoking is allowed only on balconies or in the garden. Penalty for violation: starting from EGP 5,000.
- Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Electricity usage
- Included: 40 kWh per day.
- Excess usage: EGP 2.5 per kWh.

Late check-out policy
- Official check-out is 11:00 AM, unless a later time has been approved in writing.
- Unauthorized late check-out is charged at USD 50 per hour up to 1:30 PM, and USD 100 per hour after 1:30 PM, as delays may prevent timely check-in for arriving guests.
Compliance is mandatory. Violations may result in denial of entry or immediate termination of the booking without refund.
