Is it suitable for families?
Yes. Every residence has three bedrooms for up to six guests, and a crib, a folding cot and children’s books and toys are available. Mall of Arabia has KidZania and a cinema close by.
Is it convenient for students?
Yes. 6th of October City has seven private universities, including MSA, MUST, October 6 University, Ahram Canadian University and Zewail City, and Nile University is nearby in Sheikh Zayed. Our residences are available for short and extended stays: ask us about longer stays.
Is there an elevator?
Yes, an elevator serves the residence floors. It is reached by about 6 small steps up from the waiting area. The garden residences, 201 and 202, are about 10 steps down and have no elevator access.
