How many people can we be?
Up to 60 guests in 6th of October (10 apartments) and up to 30 in New Cairo (5 apartments). Each apartment sleeps up to six.
Will we be close to each other?
Yes. In 6th of October you choose neighbouring apartments on the building drawing: the same floor first, then neighbouring floors. In New Cairo all five apartments are in the same villa.
Can we hold a gathering?
Often, yes, especially when a group takes the whole villa. It depends on the group and the dates, so tell us what you have in mind on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
How much does a group stay cost?
Group rates are on request. Send your dates and group size and we will reply with a quote.
Is availability shown live on this page?
Yes, in the planner. Choose your dates and it checks every apartment in the location you picked, then greys out the ones that are taken so you only pick from the free ones. If an apartment shows Ask us, its calendar could not be checked online, so include it and we will confirm on WhatsApp. Online checks cover stays of up to 31 nights. Nothing is booked until we confirm it with you.
Is it suitable for grandparents or wheelchair users?
In New Cairo, apartments 216 and 217 are fully step-free, with a ramp, an elevator and no steps at the door. In 6th of October, the elevator is reached by about 6 small steps from the waiting area, and apartments 201 and 202 are about 10 steps down with no elevator. Switch on Limit stairs in the planner and we will keep to the easiest apartments.
Where do we park?
There is free street parking outside both locations, and luggage drop-off if you arrive early or leave late. If many cars are coming, tell us in your request.
What if we are more than 60?
Tell us about your group on WhatsApp and we will see what we can arrange.

Yes, ask us about longer stays. Our residences are available for short and extended stays.
