How many people can we house?
With rooms shared, up to 60 people in 6th of October (10 apartments) and up to 30 in New Cairo (5 apartments), as each apartment sleeps up to six. With one bedroom each, that is 30 and 15 people. Need more? Ask us about using both locations.
Can everyone have their own bedroom?
Yes, up to three people per apartment, because each apartment has three bedrooms. In the request builder choose Own bedroom and it counts the apartments for you.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes. We issue company invoices and receipts. Add the company name to your request and switch on Company invoice.
How are long stays priced?
Monthly rates are on request. Send your team size and length of stay and we reply with a rate.
Who do we deal with?
One contact person handles your account, from the first message to check-out.
Is availability shown live on this page?
No. For company stays our team confirms availability, because teams and long stays are arranged directly. You can check a short stay live on the Residences page.

Tell us what you have in mind on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible. The 6th of October building has a shared rooftop lounge, and a group can take a whole villa in New Cairo.

Send us the address on WhatsApp and we will tell you the drive from each location. 6th of October is in the Touristic District, close to Sheikh Zayed. New Cairo is in West Golf Extension beside Katameya Heights, about 5 minutes from the Egypt International Exhibition Center.
