To ensure guest safety and full compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Tourism & Antiquities regulations:

• All guests must complete online check-in at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Valid passports or national IDs for all guests must be registered in accordance with Ministry of Tourism requirements.
• Failure to complete registration may result in denial of check-in.
• Mixed-gender stays are strictly prohibited unless the guests are legally married or first-degree relatives, with the required documentation available for verification.

• Shared accommodation is allowed only with all required official documentation.
• Mixed-gender stays involving Arab nationals are strictly prohibited unless the guests are legally married or first-degree relatives, with the required documentation available for verification.
• Official proof of marriage may be required where applicable.
• Unofficial documents, including Orfi contracts, are not accepted.

• Only registered and approved guests are permitted.
• Visitors require prior written approval from management. No mixed-gender visits unless first-degree family.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the reservation in case of violations.

• No parties or events unless approved by management.
• Smoking is allowed only on balconies or in the garden. Penalty for violation: starting from EGP 5,000.
• Damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

• Included: 40 kWh per day.
• Excess usage: EGP 2.5 per kWh.

• Official check-out is 11:00 AM, unless a later time has been approved in writing.
• Unauthorized late check-out is charged at USD 50 per hour up to 1:30 PM, and USD 100 per hour after 1:30 PM, as delays may prevent timely check-in for arriving guests.
